Dress-top request

Hello there!

I have a sim I'm trying to make based off of my character Emilie. She's an anthro rat with a unicorn horn XP but I'm trying to make her as a human. I'm having the most trouble with the outfit (and lack of unicorn horn, but that's another story).
I usually draw her in a dress-top and bright, shredded jeans, but there's a serious shortage of fun dress-top recolors in the world If someone could make one like this

(emilie is the character in the fluffy top with the jeans, on the right side, I'm sorry it's just a sketch)
with the foof and denim texture (in pink, of course) as a top alone, I'd love them forever.

Her style is bright and vivid, not lolita-esque at all but way more DIY-punk. Kind of decora-esque too. No black (except for shoes), no pastels--neon, animal prints, pink and yellow, with green or purple and a lot of accessories on the arms. Patches and buttons too.

I do have another example of the dress--it's really little and on her ref. Warning--there's nudity as I usually do refs of peeps in their undies and she doesn't have a bra.

Anything along the lines of that dress--the foof, denim, straps, and of course pink would be awesome, especially if it's a recolor of this:

Also I wish there was a way to add gauges to sims' ears but no one's figured it out, I guess. ;-;

I bet I could find you a download of gauges for sims - if not, I or someone here could put it on the skin you are using.

It's not that--I've found some that work great by sleepless angel, it's just that getting HUGELY stretched ones like this: http://tattoo.about.com/library/graphics/031403g.jpg hasn't been done. It'd be tedious to make too--you'd have to do SO many sizes. I'd imagine that with all the slides in TS3, someone could do that a lot easier.

They don't hurt, actually. If you do it wrong it hurts.
Although, sometimes people go too far. It's cool--if it fits the face, etc. I'm really picky about other peoples' body art. I myself don't have much and I'm not planning much.
I'm nowheres near that big, and I don't -wanna- get that big--just showing it as an example of what you can't really do on the sims very easily.
Personally I'd only go to 3/4" max. I'm only at a 4 which is pretty tiny! And everyone's ears are gauged anyway--difference is size of course. Most people are at a 16 or 18.
But still sad that I can't get it on my Emilie/Lance sims. :/

My parents used to have a big issue with stretching until I explained what it actually is. like a lotta body art, there's a lot of misconceptions about it. Not that I'm a freak for it or anything! I don't wanna get a million holes in my skin or anything and a lot of things people do really is dumb--like a lot of piercings that are DEFINITELY going to reject no matter what. I don't get that, why you'd open up your body to a certain infection just for a temporary kick.
