Teens & Kids Can Write Novels
A small hack/fix

As you may have noticed, children and teens don't have the "write novel" interaction in TS2.
This quick little hack adds that feature/fixes that problem.

I tested it in a vanilla (CCless) game and it works well.

It is probably incompatible with other computer related hacks, for example the ones who disable the email and chat interactions.

The hack also might require Freetime and other expansion packs, but I can easily make a basegame version if that's the case.
